We're a collective of five friends based in West Sussex, supplying firewood that's cut, split and dried at our own yard in Wisborough Green, then kept under 20% moisture and ready to burn before it reaches your door.
Our logs for sale come in two main types. Most of what we stock is traditionally seasoned, air dried under cover until it's under 20% moisture, the same standard our whole stock meets. We sell in two sizes.
A tonne bag is an 80 by 80 by 80 centimetre vented builders bag holding roughly 180 logs, about four to six weeks of evening fires in a smaller stove.
A tipper load is the cheapest way to fill the store for winter. It comes off the back of the truck in one go, roughly four tonne bags at a time, and gets tipped wherever the truck can reach.
Added to a tonne bag or tipper load going to the same address, there's no minimum on nets, so one of each is fine. Ordering nets on their own, the smallest order is 20 kindling nets or 20 log nets.

We also stock natural wood wool firelighters, curls of natural wood that catch the moment they meet a match, so the kindling's alight without any fuss. There's no paraffin in them and no chemicals, just the wood itself.

There are five of us, and everything we sell is locally sourced British hardwood, predominantly ash, with some beech and oak too.
Every one of our logs for sale starts the same way: cut, split and dried at the yard. Seasoned Logs are what most customers order, air dried under cover the traditional way until they're under 20% moisture, out of the rain with the air still moving through them.
Kiln Dried Logs are available too, dried to order in a kiln that works more evenly all the way through, coming out with less than 20% moisture left in the wood. Drier wood catches faster and burns hotter and cleaner, since less of the fire's heat goes into boiling off water first.

No couriers, no pallet wrap, just our truck and a friendly knock at the door.
Once your order's confirmed, you can pay online from the link in your confirmation message, on the day the firewood arrives, or by invoice if that suits better.

Log Delivery runs every day, and in most weeks that's the same week you order. Once your order is booked in, we confirm your delivery day, so you know which day to expect us. Delivery is free within our local area, whatever size the order, from a single bag right up to a full tipper load. Outside that area we quote per postcode, so just ask when you get in touch.
