We are registered in England and Wales, company number 14008463, registered office Clark's Yard, Billingshurst Road, Wisborough Green, Billingshurst, RH14 0DZ. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us or browse this website, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Enquiry form data: your name, phone number, email, postcode, the product you are interested in, and the message you send us.
• Server logs: standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your order. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order messages for as long as it takes to handle your order, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we have a record of past orders. After that they are deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not set any non-essential cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can ask us to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email tandhlogs@gmail.com and we will help. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
