Prices and product details on this site are a guide and may change. Firewood is a natural product, so log sizes and appearance vary, and any moisture figure is typical rather than exact. Our seasoned hardwood is dried to under 20% moisture. We confirm the final price and availability when you place your order.
An order is confirmed once we have agreed the details and a delivery or collection day with you by phone, text or message. Payment is taken on delivery, by bank transfer or cash, unless we agree otherwise.
Delivery areas and timings are given in good faith and can be affected by weather, access or demand. We will always let you know in advance if anything changes with your delivery.
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we do not accept liability for any loss arising from relying on it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
